1. Project Consultation

Our process begins with a detailed free consultation, where we listen to your specific needs and product details. It is typically conducted via a phone call or Zoom meeting. This is your chance to tell us exactly what you envision. During this stage, we’ll ask key questions to ensure we fully understand your project, including:

• What is the product you need rendered? (size, complexity, materials)
• How will the renders be used? (e-commerce, marketing, advertisements)
• How many final images do you require?
• What angles and perspectives do you need?
• Are there specific features or details you want highlighted?
• What is your project deadline?
• Do you have any preferred file formats (.jpg, .png, .tiff)?
• Would you like any additional features, like custom backgrounds or lighting effects?
• Do you have any reference images or examples to guide the project?

2. Proposal and Pricing

Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we’ll assess the scope of the project and provide you with a detailed proposal. At Unique Unboxing, we tailor our pricing based on the complexity of your product, the number of renders needed, and any additional features required. Every project is unique, so we provide custom quotes to ensure you get the best value for your needs.

3. Down Payment:

To confirm your project and ensure time is reserved, we typically require a 50% down payment. This ensures we can begin work while protecting both parties in the event of any unforeseen changes.

4. Initial Design & Client Approval

Once the project is confirmed and the down payment is received, we get to work. Our team will begin creating the 3D model. You’ll receive a first draft of the renders (often low-resolution) to review and provide feedback on.

At this stage, you can request changes or adjustments to ensure the final result is exactly as you envision.

5. Revisions

We know that refining your vision is key, which is why we include 2-3 rounds of revisions as part of the initial price. During the revision process, we can adjust elements like angles, lighting, or specific details of the product.

Included in Standard Revisions:

• Adjusting lighting, angles, colors, or minor material tweaks
• Small modifications to the shape or minor details
• Fine-tuning textures (e.g., slightly rougher/smoother material)

Additional Revisions: If further revisions are needed beyond what’s included, these can be provided at an additional fee.

Not Included in Standart Revisions:

• Major changes (e.g., completely redesigning the model)
• Changing the product shape significantly after approval of the base model
• Adding entirely new renders or perspectives
• Requesting a completely different style/look than initially agreed upon

6. Final Delivery

Once you’re satisfied with the final design, we will deliver the final high-quality render files in your chosen format. At this point, the remaining balance of the payment will be due, and the final images will be yours to use.

• We ensure that the final files meet your expectations and are formatted for your specific use, whether it’s for online platforms, print, or other media.

7. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure fairness and compensate for work already completed, the following cancellation terms apply:

• If a project is canceled before work has started, the deposit is fully refundable.
• If a project is canceled after work has begun but before the first draft is delivered, the 50% deposit is non-refundable to cover time and resources spent.
• If a project is canceled after the first draft has been submitted, an additional fee may be required, depending on the amount of work completed.
• Once the final renders are approved and delivered, the full payment is non-refundable.

If you anticipate potential changes to your project timeline, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate your needs.

8. Reservation of Rights for Photo and Video Materials

As part of our service, Unique Unboxing may use photos and videos of the 3D renders created for clients for promotional purposes, including sharing on social media or showcasing them on our website. By engaging with our services, clients agree to the use of these materials to help demonstrate the quality and creativity of our work.

However, if you have specific preferences or concerns regarding the use of these images or videos, please feel free to discuss them with us during the consultation phase. We’re committed to respecting your wishes.
