1. Project Consultation and Conceptualization

The journey begins with an in-depth consultation to understand the project’s objectives and the vision for the packaging. This initial discussion is typically conducted via a phone call or Zoom meeting, and it’s completely free of charge. During this conversation, we discuss your preferences in detail—covering everything from budget and timeline to packaging dimensions, shape, color, materials, and any accompanying accessories that may enhance the overall unboxing experience.

Once the concept has been thoroughly discussed, a detailed description of the proposed packaging concept will be sent via email. This description includes the meaning and purpose behind the design, as well as the proposed materials and structure. Along with this, a final per-unit manufacturing price for the packaging, produced in Slovenia, is provided, as well as an estimated timeline for production.

2. Visual Presentation or Prototype Creation

Depending on the client’s preference, the next step can involve a visual presentation, the creation of a prototype, or both.

• Visual Presentation: If the client wishes to see a detailed, high-quality representation of the proposed design before moving forward, we offer high-end rendered images that showcase the final product in a digital format. These renderings are typically completed within one to two weeks and come at a cost of 850 EUR. This option allows the client to fully visualize the packaging concept from various angles, ensuring alignment before proceeding to physical production.
• Prototype Creation: For those looking for a tangible representation of their packaging concept, we offer prototypes. These are created to provide a real-world, hands-on experience of the final product. The prototype creation process takes approximately two to three weeks and can range in price from 200 to 850 EUR, depending on factors like dimensions, materials, and any added accessories. This option is ideal for those who want to assess the texture, weight, and overall feel of the packaging before moving into full-scale production.

3. Order Confirmation

Once the client has reviewed the visual presentation or prototype and decides to move forward with the project, the next step is confirming the order. The initial fee paid for either the visual presentation or prototype is deducted from the final project cost, ensuring transparency and a smooth transition from concept to production. This process gives the client confidence that the project is on track, with clear cost structures in place.

4. Project Closure or Compensation

In some cases, a project may not be completed, or a client may decide not to move forward with the order. In these instances, the initial fee is retained as compensation for the time and resources already invested in the project. At Unique Unboxing, we fully understand and respect our clients’ decisions. However, this policy ensures that the expertise, dedication, and effort put into the project up to that point are fairly compensated.

5. Reservation of Rights for Photo and Video Materials

As part of the service, Unique Unboxing may use photos and videos of the packaging designs created for clients for promotional purposes, such as on social media channels or the company website. By engaging with our services, clients agree to the use of these materials in promotional content. We believe that sharing our work helps showcase the creative potential and craftsmanship. However, if there are any concerns or preferences about the use of images or videos, clients are welcome to discuss them during the consultation phase.
